Tickets and Operations Associate
As the Tickets and Operations Associate, Tessa plays a key role in managing the ticket office CRM by returning customer phone calls and email inquiries in a timely manner. She consistently provides necessary information to account holders, including updates on all aspects of account management, cost of tickets and due dates. She also manages ticketing forms and provides assistance in accessing and utilizing the My NFR Account. She is responsible for assembling various operational items such as the contestant and stock contractor packages and assisting Tickets and Operations Manager with credentialing.
