Ticket & Operations Manager


Starting as a part-time box-office ticket seller at the Thomas & Mack Center in high school and advancing in positions since, Shelbi has extensive knowledge and experience in ticket operations. As a ticket seller, she gained customer service skills by working directly with them at the box office. After just a year and a half in her role as a ticket seller, she was promoted to box office supervisor. In this new role, she learned the ins and outs of the Paciolan ticket system, such as reporting and tools use for troubleshooting. She also learned how to problem solve in different customer issues and deescalate problematic situations.

As the venue for the National Finals Rodeo, the Thomas & Mack Center shares the Paciolan ticket system with Las Vegas Events Ticket Department. Shelbi’s background at TMC made her the perfect candidate for the LVE Ticket and Operations Intern position. In this role, her daily focus was centered around NFR season ticket holder clientele including customer relations management and ticket sales. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from UNLV, she was promoted to fulltime Ticket & Operations Specialist. Since becoming full time, Shelbi has taken on more responsibilities such as the approval process, production, and distribution of credentials. As she steps into her newest role as Ticket and Operations Manager, she will continue to take on more responsibilities and grow further in the Ticket and Operations department.
