Ticket & Operations Manager


As the Ticket & Operations Manager, Alex has extensive responsibilities in both ticketing and event operations. These roles include managing day-to-day operations of the ticketing department such as drafting ticketing letters and emails, updating timelines, data entry, processing of ticket monies, managing deposit reports, implementing the departments CRM tasks and customer service of season ticket holders. Alex works directly with our secondary ticketing partners and Paciolan representatives on all ticketing initiatives including system rollovers, distributor page setup and ticketing sale settlements. Operationally, Alex is responsible for managing and organizing all event signage. She also manages the credential databases, collects data, and creates event playbooks, and coordinates event flags. In addition, Alex works with hotel properties on hotel room assignments and shuttle pick-up and drop-off locations.
