Chris Powell and Vegas doubling down on NASCAR

Las Vegas Events had a chance to sit down with Chris Powell, president and general manager of Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Chris has served in that position since December, 1998. He shares his thoughts on the addition of the second NASCAR race, its impact on Las Vegas and the year-round events that are held at LVMS.
