Diana McCall

A lifelong resident of Southern Nevada, Diana McCall joined the Las Vegas Events’ team as the Vice President of Finance in the spring of 2018. Working in accounting since the age of fourteen, she has twenty years of experience in finance and accounting in the hotel, entertainment and venue management field. Upon graduating from UNLV with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Diana worked her way from a Staff Accountant position up to the Controller position before accepting the position at Las Vegas Events.

As the Vice President of Finance, McCall oversees the operations of the accounting, payroll and human resources functions at Las Vegas Events, as well as LVE produced events. She produces monthly and annual financial statements, the annual budget and manages all external and internal audits and tax return preparation

Over the past two years, she has overhauled the operations of the LVE accounting and human resources departments by updating outdated department procedures and policies, introducing new budget templates and streamlining financial statement presentations. By working closely with all departments, she is able to provide financial and legal insight for operational decision making.

Diana’s Insight: “The Finance department takes great pride in its accounting and payroll functions for Las Vegas Events, as well as its roster of LVE-produced events throughout the year. In particular, we oversee more than $20 million in settlement for the Wrangler NFR and all ancillary support events.”
